From your object list it seems that all the objects that are invisible are primitive 'generators' objects. The ones you can actually see in the view port are polygon objects. Try in the view port were it has drop downs 'View Cameras Display Options Filter Panel' clicking Filter and making sure 'Generators' is checked ON.
There are many different ways to hide geometry in C4D but as your offending objects are all generator objects and not attached to any layers, this is my best guess.
