Zappos EDI Compliance Zappos is an online shoe and clothing store that was established in 1999 and quickly built a reputation for outstanding customer service. The company was bought by for around $1.2 billion in 2009 and has become one of the biggest online shoe stores. Zappos has over 1,500 employees and revenue of over $1 billion. The company offers its customers shoes, handbags, glasses, clothing and other accessories. EDI documents are transmitted over a connection protocol called a VAN (Value Added Network).

Below are the EDI document types and labels that are required by Zappos and have been fully verified by CovalentWorks for accurate compliance with Zappos’s EDI requirements. An SOPI (Shipment, Order, Pack (carton) and Item) ASN is also known as “Pick and Pack” because more than one type of item can be picked from the supplier’s shelves and packed into the same carton. Zappos uses several variations of SOPI ASN’s.
